Stage 1 is the stakeholder evaluation process, where you’ll map out your value chain. Since value chains can be complex and lengthy, you have the flexibility to map individual suppliers, business clients, and other members of the value chain. Alternatively, the free text field allows you to group suppliers as you see fit. You can also specify the locations of your value chain members, indicating whether they operate in your country, in the EU, or internationally.
It’s time to evaluate the stakeholders associated with your value chain.
